AI Checkup
A conversation about one workflow
You describe the work, the tools in use and what you want to improve. Deliverable: a one-page summary of where to start and what still needs clarifying.
PRODUCTS & SERVICES
KeviqLabs works with businesses through implementation with services alongside: starting with one workflow, on the systems you already use, with the business staying in control. This page summarises the services available today and the products of the Keviq ecosystem. Not every item is commercially available; applicability is discussed problem by problem.
SERVICES FOR BUSINESSES
You take one step at a time and can stop at any step. Costs are discussed directly after the first conversation.

Measure the workflow as it is
We record the time, errors and rework of the chosen workflow, on real data. Deliverable: a baseline report, the scope to try first and the criteria to judge it by.
Assess what can be automated
Which steps can be automated safely, what data and permissions they need, and the right level of control. Usually combined with the AI Audit.
Implement one workflow
Implementation within the agreed scope, with written acceptance criteria. It starts in test and assist modes; automation only when an authorised person allows it.
Ongoing operation and support
Monitoring, adjustment and updates after implementation. The right to stop and revoke stays with the business.
Deployment on infrastructure the business controls, where the problem calls for it.

HOW WE START
You describe the work, the tools in use and what you want to improve.
Together we look at the data, the systems involved and what to try first.
Agree how results will be checked in your real environment.
Clear ownership, and a way to stop and revoke access when needed.
How we work together and the scope are agreed case by case.
STAYING IN CONTROL
Access scope is defined for each deployment.
AI assists and suggests; important actions need approval from an authorised person.
The source records and permissions of your existing systems stay in place.
